- 2kg watermelon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- A bunch of mint
- Juice of 2 limes
1. Chop the watermelon into large chunks, then add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour the liquid mixture into large dish and place in the freezer overnight until it has set.
3. When you’re ready to serve, take the dish out of the freezer and using a fork start to scrape the granita until everything is nice and fluffy.
4. Serve in a Fenton & Fenton martini glass and garnish with some mint leaves.
