Ingredients
The classic affogato gets a ‘mocha-mousse’ makeover with coffee gelato, a splash of cream and chocolate coated coffee beans. The perfect summer pick-me-up.
Recipe by Amber Phillips
Cold brew espresso or freshly brewed espresso chilled (enough for two serves)
2 scoops coffee flavoured gelato or ice cream
1/2 cup pouring cream
Cocoa powder
1 tsp chocolate coated coffee beans
Method
1. Buy a ready made cold brew or make your espresso and chill
2. Scoop gelato or ice cream into our Cin Cin tumblers
3. Pour over cold brew to 3/4 full
4. Add a splash of cream
5. Dust with cocoa powder
6. Finish with chocolate coated coffee beans
