Shipping & Delivery
A street address for delivery must be provided at the time of placing the order, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Should your delivery address change, it is your responsibility to let us know prior to dispatch by emailing email@example.com. If your order is sent to the incorrect address and returned to Fenton and Fenton, a redelivery fee may apply.
Fenton and Fenton reserve the right to request extra freight costs for remote/rural areas or for large/heavy orders.

If part of your order can be satisfied due to stock availability, we will contact you to arrange delivery, on the basis that you are prepared to pay the additional shipping costs for the split delivery. Otherwise, we will hold the goods until all items are received so that delivery of the full order occurs.
We calculate shipping within Australia using the size, weight and fragility of your item/s. This helps us ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.
We may use Australia Post (registered) or TNT Express for smaller items. You’ll need to sign for your item/s at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier.
Orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.
If you choose for your order to be left under an “authority to leave” at your nominated address, we don’t accept any liability in relation to your item going missing.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch, just get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that our Customer Care team can investigate this for you.
We want all interior lovers to enjoy shopping with Fenton & Fenton. So, we’re working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends; and while our current checkout option doesn’t allow for international shipping, we can still personally explore your request.
We’d love to offer you a quote! If you’re eyeing a piece that you simply must have, contact us via email at email@example.com to talk through shipping and availability. Larger items, particularly fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs, but soft furnishings, rugs and smaller items will of course be charged at less.
Express shipping may automatically appear as an option at the checkout for smaller items including homewares and art less than 50x50cm in size. Express shipping is at an additional cost to the customer. Express shipping is not available for larger items, including but not limited to most furniture and larger art.
Collection and delivery of items
Once you are notified that your item(s) are ready for collection, if the item(s) are not collected within 7 days, we may charge you a storage fee in accordance with our usual storage rate.
If you have requested us to deliver the item(s), you may be required to pay us a delivery fee in addition to the cost of the item(s).
We may select a carrier to deliver the item(s) to the address nominated by you in accordance with your delivery request.
You must ensure access for the carrier to the nominated premises for delivery and neither we nor the carrier will be liable for any additional costs or damage incurred as a result of inadequate access to the premises. An additional delivery fee will apply if you fail to take delivery at the nominated address in the first instance.
If the item(s) are not collected by you, or we are unable to deliver them within 30 days after the delivery date, we may charge you for storage in addition to our right to dispose of the item(s) as "uncollected goods" pursuant to Australian Consumer Law and Fair-Trading Act 2012.
If we sell the items pursuant to this provision, we will refund the proceeds of the sale to you less our costs and expenses including, but not limited to, storage charges, handling and administration fee of $200.00.
Pick up from our Warehouse
If you have requested and we have agreed for you to pick up your order, please collect it from 6-8 Eskay Road, Oakleigh South, 3167, Victoria, between 8 am and 3 pm on weekdays. Ensure you have the right vehicle for your order's size and, if needed, assistance for loading.
Don't forget to bring your photo ID and order confirmation, or a signed authorization letter if someone else is picking up for you.
Risk and title
Risk in the item(s) passes to you:
(a) when the item(s) are collected by you or by any person or carrier authorised to collect the item(s) on your behalf; or
(b) on delivery to the street address nominated by you (if we are appointed by you to deliver the item(s)).
The property and title of the item(s) will not pass to you until the item(s) are paid in full.
While the property and the title of the item(s) remain with us and until such time it passes to you, you must not:
(a) charge or encumber the item(s) in anyway;
(b) grant or otherwise give any interest in the item(s) to a third party;
(c) convert the item(s) and, if so converted, we will be the owner of the end item(s); or
(d) sell or dispose of the item(s) and, if so sold or disposed of you will hold any proceeds of the sale or disposal on trust for us until you have paid for the item(s) in full.
We will not be liable for failing to comply with our obligations in relation to any order due to any act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or other event beyond our reasonable control.
