Artist Statement:
France. A culinary journey, sheathed in a dog-eared dust jacket, protecting the beautifully embossed blue cotton hardcover.  This book once had a past where people poured over its pages filled with classic French dishes from different regions of France, propping up its contemporary - Clean minimal design, dark, moody and holographic. Melbourne's very own Lune Croissanterie - Something old, something new.  Like the once shiny brass now patinaed from many dinner parties, and the perfect cylinders of wax now soft and melted, disappearing into the atmosphere.
