Where do I park?
There is free parking around the warehouse.

Can I get my items delivered?
Delivery of your items can be arranged at the time of purchase. We will endeavour to get your items to you within 1-7days of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and cash are accepted. Gift vouchers or store credits cannot be redeemed at the sale.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?
No. All sales are final. Please ensure you are happy with the condition of your product before purchasing.

Do you supply carry bags?
We will have our Il Mediterraneo Tote bag to purchase at the sale to carry your goods home. If you do not wish to purchase one, please BYO bag.

Can I shop online or via phone?
This is an in person only sale, unfortunately we cannot process any orders online or via phone.

Will the sale pricing be reflected in your Prahran Showroom?
No, the sale pricing will only be available at the warehouse sale location, not in our Prahran showroom.
