Amber Reid is an artist and Visual Art teacher based in Queensland. She uses acrylic to create stylised and colourful paintings depicting buildings from the past, particularly those from Darwin in the 1960’s. Reid's interest in Old Hollywood and Palm Springs style images are evident in her paintings which are both nostalgic and playful.
